Our Approach

Vision: With each project, we remind ourselves that we are responsible for something wonderful and important – transforming people’s ideas and dreams into reality. Custom projects take patience and astute listening to transform those dreams into reality.

Individuality: Each family and individual person is unique. This simple, but true statement remains the guiding force of our company. We feel it is important to establish a personal relationship with all of the people we work with. It is always rewarding to visit former clients and see their unique sense of style reflected in the finished product. When all of the functional details and design work make life easier and more enjoyable, for everyone in the household, it is a wonderful validation.

Custom: To us, custom work involves combining quality materials and creative techniques to satisfy a customer’s goals. Our creative backgrounds, willingness to try new things, and years of diverse field experience have prepared us for any challenge.

Flexibility: Especially in remodeling situations, flexibility is crucial to success. We always strive to work around each client’s schedule. Sometimes projects involve multiple phases to accommodate a client’s budget or schedule. We strive to schedule the most disruptive stages of a project while the client is out of town for a few days. When possible, we are always willing to adjust our approach to fit a given situation.

Quality: Our many years of experience and research have taught us the best methods to apply to a given situation. By advanced methods, thorough planning, high quality materials, and the subcontractors available, we are able to consistently produce homes that exceed all building industry standards.

Prompt completion: As homeowners ourselves, we want our clients to feel the same sense of excitement and anticipation that we felt about our new home. With extensive preplanning and scheduling, we work diligently to complete every project as quickly as possible.
